No additional heat or oxygen is used in the process, meaning that no nutrients are lost like they are in traditional pasteurization. Cold-pressed juice still has all the vitamins, minerals and enzymes that are present in the whole fruit.

The high concentration of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals found in cold-pressed juice help to boost immunity, promote detoxification, improve digestion, and enhance skin health.
We prioritize using local &/or organic produce, focusing on the infamous ‘dirty dozen’ list. Thankfully being a part of farmers markets has introduced us to various local farms in the area where we are able to easily find ingredients that we need. Some of these farms include but are not limited to:
